At JICM, the Training & Career Development Department provides students with diverse opportunities to explore their interests, discover their strengths, and build meaningful career paths. The institution believes that every student has unique aspirations, and therefore offers multiple platforms that support both professional and personal growth.

Students are exposed to opportunities such as internships, campus recruitment drives, industry interactions, and the International Immersion Program, enabling them to gain practical exposure and global perspectives. JICM also supports aspirants preparing for competitive examinations through Aarohi - UG- ICCP Residential Program, helping students pursue careers in public service and administration.

As a part of the Jyothy Group ecosystem, students also receive opportunities to work with JTPL (Jyothy Technologies Pvt Limited) and JCSA (Jyothy Cirruss School Of Aviation), allowing them to gain valuable professional experience within reputed organizations.

Beyond academics and corporate careers, JICM encourages students to pursue their creative passions as well. Through JSPA (Jyothy School of Performing Arts), students interested in performing arts receive professional training and guidance to build a career in the field of arts and performance.
